At VS Editing Experts, we are committed to providing high-quality proofreading and editing services. However, we understand that there may be situations where our clients may not be fully satisfied with our work. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund may be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following situations:

Failure to Deliver Completed Work: If we fail to deliver the completed work as promised or within the agreed-upon time frame, you may be eligible for a refund.

Dissatisfaction with Work Quality: If you find that the work we’ve done does not meet the standards outlined in your original request or is significantly different from what was promised, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, a partial refund of 10% of the total fee may be offered.

Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you request a cancellation before we start proofreading or editing your document, you will be entitled to a full refund.

Please note that due to the time and effort invested by our team, which cannot be reallocated, we are unable to offer a full refund once work has commenced.

Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Submit Your Request in Writing: Email us at [email protected] with your order details and a description of the issue.

Provide Supporting Documents: Include the original document and any communications you’ve had with us about the service.

Allow for Review: We will review the request and get back to you within 5 business days with our decision.

Refund Exceptions:

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Minor Revisions: If you request small changes or revisions after the work has been completed, we will make the necessary revisions at no additional cost. Refunds are not granted for minor edits or formatting preferences.

Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after the work has been started or completed, refunds will not be issued.

Completed and Delivered Work: If the work has been completed and delivered as per your original request and no issues are identified within the scope of the agreed-upon service, no refund will be issued.

Partial Refunds:

In some cases, a partial refund of 10% of the total fee may be issued based on the extent of the issue. For example, if you find that the work we’ve done does not meet the standards outlined in your original request or is significantly different from what was promised, we may issue a partial refund.

Final Decision:

We reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund requests. If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
